Backroads Cuff with Hidden Message

This sterling silver cuff bracelet is forged by me by hand from silver rectangular wire. It has been textured with an antique hammer that leaves distinctive linear marks. Those marks have been oxidized to bring out the texture and the cuff has been sealed with archival acrylic wax to help preserve the finish. The inside is stamped with “TAKE THE BACKROADS”. The inside of this cuff also has a subtle texture that comes from the surface of the steel block that I hammer on.

This cuff is made from thick, substantial silver.

Wrist sizes listed are for wrist circumference. Measure all the way around your wrist with a flexible measuring tape OR wrap a strip of paper or string around your wrist and mark where it meets, then lay that strip on a ruler or tap measure for your wrist measurement.

At its widest point, this cuff is 5/16″ wide.

This cuff was created to be worn with everything, by everybody. It’s rugged and everyday. It was inspired by road trips and the unexpected discoveries along the way.
