Return Policy

Work can be returned for a full refund up to 30 days after the date of purchase.*  After 30 days, returns are not accepted. Please keep this in mind if you are planning to give a piece of Red Ember Forge jewelry as a gift – don’t buy so early that you are outside of the 30 day window at the time the gift is given. Refunds will include the price of the item and the original shipping cost.

 

The postmark on the returned item must fall within 30 days of the original purchase date (NOT 30 days from the day you receive the item).

 

All returned jewelry must be in original, unworn condition, packed securely, and shipped back to me by Priority Mail, FedEx, or UPS – all services that provide a tracking number. Please do NOT ship an item back using “ground advantage” through the post office as that service is currently unreliable in my area.

 

Customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost to ship the jewelry back to me.

 

Please pay attention to the size on cuff bracelets when ordering. Measure your wrist first if there is any question about size. You can always contact me before purchasing if you have concerns about the size of an item.

 

 

*There will not be returns accepted on orders shipped overseas. 

 

 

Refunds

I will send you an email to let you know when your return has arrived. If it arrives in new and unused condition, you will receive a full refund via the original method of payment.

 

Sale Items

 

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. I will make note of this in a listing. This applies to all items in the “special prices” section.

 

Exchanges

Since most items are one-of-a-kind, they must be returned for a refund and a new item purchased as a new transaction. The only exception to this rule would be a cuff bracelet where I have multiple size (like my backroads cuffs). If a different size is needed in spite of the customer’s best effort to order the correct size the first time, I WILL accept an exchange for a new size if it is currently in stock. If it is not in stock, a full refund will be issued upon receiving the returned item.

 

Gifts

Items purchased as gifts may be returned for a refund as long as the item is returned (postmarked) within 30 days from the original purchase date.

 

 

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider  purchasing shipping insurance. I cannot guarantee that I will receive your returned item.

 

 

 

Overseas shipping

 

 

I am willing to ship an item overseas. You MUST email me first about this so I can come up with a shipping cost for you based on your location. There are NO RETURNS on overseas shipments, so please be very mindful of sizes when ordering.
